Winter Program

In order to continue progressing and seeing gains in distance running students must run over the winter to be well prepared for Track Season. For certain students, Winter is also a good time to get acquainted with the Gym, as lifting will help with progression. Students should have attended the End of Season Banquet or reached out to Coach Pradel to confirm which Column/Lift Program they should be doing.

Lift Program (First 6 Weeks)

This is the Lift Program that some students should be doing over the off season. This will help with building strength for the latter part of the season/postseason as well as clean up running mechanics. The Lift Program was influenced by Dr. Keith Baar's research on how to optimize performance and accelerate return of play.
