Summer is important to any student looking to gain an advantage or wanting to change their running ability in a positive way. Being able to focus on fun events during the summer leads to students running more relaxed and carefree. Therefore, it makes running more enjoyable. Especially when students attend the summer running camps. The miles ran over summer can lead to a significant breakthrough, securing a Varsity spot, or showing up to the first day of Official practice with more fitness/confidence. All of which helps create positive memorable experiences with running.
